Thanks for listening in for our Third ever show, and our first themed show- it’s on Tradition

Today, we interviewed James Locksmith about his tradition- he’s Greek and he follows Greek Orthodox traditions, although for him, it’s about the culture, not the religion.

Here’s some more info on traditions and recipes from Greek Orthodox Easter

We also listened to Alex White’s fascinating story on Marrickville’s Sierra Leonian community- keeping their traditions alive through song.

They are supported by the Marrickville Metro Migrant Resource Centre

Emily Farrell gave us a story on the tradition of Pet Funerals

... and Eliza discussed equality in marriage and parenthood in untraditional families.
More info Here.

Last of all, we listened to another fiction piece by our regular contributor Vanessa Berry- if you’d like more, why not follow her on Twitter
