It's the Hands and their all original repertoire is designed to reinvent the genre of "Soul Music" in the modern context. With a core of four musicians The Hands set about incorporating a floating lineup of guest vocalists - singers of the quality of Jade MacRae, Mahalia Barnes and Kara Grainger. Their debut album "Live and Breathe" sounds like it was written only yesterday but recorded back in the halcyon days of Stax and Atlanic studios. Stray Theories is the project of musician & composer Micah D Wolfe, who is currently living in Sydney, Australia. Over the last 3 years his music has evolved into a mix of ambient, minimal and mood music. Having recently ventured into music for film, television and radio, Stray Theories' music has appeared on several documentries and there are plans to explore this avenue in the near future. Micah has a passion for music with space & ambience and is influenced by brian eno, vangelis, aphex twin and sigur ros and many other artists.
