He'll then be chewing the filmic fat with visual artist and experimental movie-maker MARK TITMARSH; on a new retrospective of one of the greats of the genre, NORMAN MCLAREN at the National Art School Gallery. EDWARD SHARPE AND THE MAGNETIC ZEROS is a band led by Alex Ebert... nup, there's no one called Edward Sharpe. According to Ebert, Sharpe is a messianic figure, who "was sent down to Earth to kinda heal and save mankind...but he kept getting distracted by girls and falling in love." We can understand that. The band drops in for a chat with Stephen Ferris on Thursday April 1.
